Making a Role-play thread
Role-play threads are only going to be setting based and nothing more. Meaning, if you make a role-play thread, you need to make it a space in the roleplay in which you rule, and you take responsibility for. Failure to maintain your role-play spot will result in it getting archived and leave the space for someone else to take over. Here are the steps and an example to hosting a spot and what it should look like.
Title: The title of the thread should have the location in brackets, and an attractive Title. The location can not be duplicated, there can't be two of these locations under one topic.
Body: The body has to be a detailed description of the setting, the clearer the imagery, the better. Put in as much detail about the environment and setting as possible, and try and make it fun for people!
Once you've filled out all the required details, you must submit it over to an admin with as much detail as possible. The admins will be listed down in it's respectful place, pick any admin currently active and send your post over in a message, where it can be approved before you submit it.
All unapproved threads will be closed.
All inactive threads will also be closed.
Example
Title: Bloody Moose Stay [Tavern]
Body: The Bloose Stay has been a Nepiko tavern, the building is historical, built by the first Werebeast pilgrims of Nepiko, and the building does show so, once the house of a great chief now turned into the grand tavern of the Capital. The building might be a little old, the wood showing evidence of the time it's stayed up, but the place has been maintained as a monument for centuries now. The atmosphere is very lively, with a bard remaining about every night, playing music to keep the air lively and the roaring laughs going. The barkeep staying active, serving drinks of the finest quality from their stock to their many customers.
The lighting in the main room from decorative hanging lamps from the ceiling and a stone fireplace on the northern wall. Stairs lead up to the second floor where 6 rooms are kept for travelers to rest, before they head back out on their journey.
The cost of a night is 100 gold.
Current re-occurring bards: ((List the characters who are bards here))
Current Barkeep: ((Normallly, you would make yourself barkeep, manager of a roleplay as you have control over the whole roleplay from there.))
Current regulars: ((List the characters who are actively at your tavern))
Rules to the roleplay:
1) Follow the Board rules and guidelines ((A REQUIREMENT IN ALL))
((List down the rules, guidelines and reminders for your roleplay area))
This is an example of what I'm looking for when you make a roleplay area.

Spreading the word about your thread, or making a group before you create a roleplay is suggested, as it will keep the air active, fun, and draw people's attention to actively playing their character in your area.
